本機は、ベンチミラーとも呼ばれる小型の横フライス盤である。後に電動機直結に変更している。テーブル上には小型の割り出し台と幅の薄いスリワリカッターが取り付くので、円周上に正確な角度をもつ溝切りなどが行われたであろう。1940年頃製造との記録がある。

This is a small horizontal milling machine, also called a bench miller. Later, it was adapted to permit direct connection to an electric motor. Grooves could be made at accurate angles on the circumferences of pieces, using the small indexing table and a thin, screw-slot cutter is attached to the table. There is a record stating that it was manufactured around 1940.
