1970

The Shrink Tunnel

A conveyor system equipped with a heat source that heats pre-wrapped items enclosed in heat-shrinkable plastic film, allowing the film to conform tightly to the shape of the packaged products.

1973

Sandex D series with shaft drive

A rotary positioning device for factory automation (FA) using a roller-gear cam mechanism. This system transmits power through the engagement between a screw-shaped roller-gear cam on the input shaft and multiple radially arranged roller followers on the output shaft, and was the first of its kind developed in Japan. The device features a proprietary preloading mechanism that eliminates backlash, and its rolling transmission structure ensures high transmission efficiency without accuracy degradation due to wear.

Torque Limiter - TS series

An overload protection device that safeguards expensive machinery and prevents personal injury by interrupting torque transmission when excessive torque, caused by any abnormal condition, exceeds the design limits of the equipment.

1980

Ampoule Inspection Machine

An inspection system with a foreign particle detection function for insoluble contaminants in ampoule contents, and an optional appearance inspection function for container defects.

1983

Variax V60A series

A press material feeding system using a roller-gear cam mechanism. Material is gripped and fed by a fan-shaped roll, enabling high-speed, high-power material transfer.

1987

Rotary Table D series (Camtron)

A press material feeding system utilizing a roller gear cam mechanism. The material is fed at high speed and high power by being pinched and pushed through with fan-shaped rolls.

2005

RA series RollerDrive

A high-performance rotary positioning device that mechanically reduces the speed of a servo motor to achieve high torque, rigidity, and stability. Its proprietary preloading mechanism eliminates backlash, enabling output motions that precisely follow input control commands. The device features a rolling transmission for high efficiency and wear-free operation, a thin, compact design with orthogonal input/output shafts, and a large-diameter hollow bore.

Can Manufacturing Line

Sheets are supplied from a destacker to a sheet feeder, then gripped at two points on both ends and fed into the press. High-speed, high-precision material feeding enables continuous production without air strokes caused by seams. The gripper positions can be optimally adjusted to match the die using a cam-type hydraulic system.

Glass Transport Robots

By using roller drives in the robot joints, a proprietary preloading mechanism eliminates backlash, enabling output motions that precisely follow input control commands.D

2013

Welding Positioner

A turntable-type welding positioner designed for various workpieces, including automotive parts. With the RW series, rotational positioning can be performed at approximately twice the speed of standard positioners. The system can be built with a minimal number of robots, and various fixtures required for the equipment are available as options.

LinerUnit - CS series

A high-speed, high-power linear drive system utilizing a roller-gear cam mechanism. Long strokes that are difficult to achieve with other equipment can be easily realized by simply connecting multiple rails. The drive rails and servo motor are arranged in parallel, enabling a compact design. Typical applications include robot travel, gantry loaders, and material handling systems.

A large, high-power tilting rotary table with dual-axis drive (rotary table diameter : 1000mm).

Press peripheral equipment : OPUS, EVR, and Coil Line

Feeding and transfer systems optimized for EV and HEV motor core production, offering world-class performance and reliability. When integrated with our proprietary peripheral equipment, it enables a highly efficient and compact press line.

2024

Sankyo Pallet Master

5-axis machining with an automatic pallet exchange system. Maximizing automation for small-batch, variable production using a vertical machining center with spindle taper size of No.30.

2025

Brittle Material Machining Table RPS series

A rotary table for high-precision, high-efficiency grinding of brittle materials. By incorporating a roller drive mechanism, heat generation is minimized under harsh conditions, maximizing the performance of brittle material processing.

Roller Track LPC series

A travel axis with a freely extendable and scalable segment design for accurate positioning of heavy objects such as robots. Featuring Pinion-Cam Drive technology, this system maintains smooth, high-speed operation with excellent responsiveness and stability over time, boosting productivity. Additionally, its structure eliminates the need for frequent adjustments and ensures easy maintenance, keeping production uninterrupted.
