Sankyo Seisakusho Co. (called “Sankyo”) recognizes that properly handling information that can identify customers, including their name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (otherwise called “Personal Information”) is a very important social responsibility. We have specified the following basic policies to protect people.s Personal Information.

1. Using the Personal Information

When Sankyo receives Personal Information from a customer, we explicitly state its purpose of use, method of use, etc. to the customer, and only use it for the stated purposes.

1）The use of personal information

The personal information provided by our customers will only be used for the following purposes. We will not use them for any other purposes than those listed below without the consent of the personal information owners.

1. Inquiries about our products and requests for our catalogs
2. Inquiries about our products. sales and service
3. Marketing, product development, product sales promotion, and the improvement of service
4. If we turn to group member companies or outsource the handling of personal information for these purposes, we will assure their necessary and appropriate management and supervision.

2）Supplying Personal Information to third parties

We will not disclose Personal Information provided and registered by our customers to any third parties.
However, if any of the following cases applies, we may disclose information to a third party.

1. If the customer has consented.
2. If we need to disclose Personal Information to a cooperating corporation or outsourcing company with which we have made a contract for handling Personal Information, in order to implement the collection of data and if the customers have already been informed about this.
3. If Personal Information is processed as statistical data with all identifying information about as individual customer stripped from it.
4. In response to a legally obligated request
5. When an ordinance requires disclosure.

3）Control of Personal Information

Sankyo appropriately controls the Personal Information it holds, according to it purpose of use.
To accomplish this, Sankyo appoints officers to be in charge of the management of Personal Information, and implements security measures against unauthorized access, loss, or leaks of Personal Information.
